From 2001-2005 I contributed a regular comic strip to the Topanga Messenger newspaper, in Topanga Canyon, CA, where I resided at the time. It didn’t feature a regularly recurring character, other than the Topanga community and environment itself. Some of these strips may contain obscure references that only Topangans would get, but hopefully anyone who stumbles upon them will get a picture of a particular community at a particular point in time. Or just a laugh or two….
